INSCYD
INSCYD is a unique testing software that can provide trainer and athlete with a huge source of information on the different physiological processes during exercise.
Your personal metabolic profile is mapped and different aspects of your general fitness are highlighted separately. With this info, training can be much more targeted towards specific goals!
How do we proceed:
- You complete a test protocol written out by us (cycling or walking) on your own
- We process the test data file you send us
- Together we discuss the results during a physical or digital meeting
At Optimize, we offer both the PPD protocol and an INSCYD lactate test.
The PPD protocol can be purchased below, after purchase we will contact you to discuss and follow up on the test procedure.
The Lactate test can be booked via e-mail, contact us at info@optimizecoaching.be. This test is conducted at Optimize Bike & Tri (Helleven 8G, 2920 Kalmthout).
